Return Policy for Custom Apparel
Smol Lily Shop, we take pride in our custom apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:
1. Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customized with names, numbers, or designs.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order (e.g., wrong size, incorrect design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the item showing the issue.
3. Refund Process
If your item qualifies for a return due to defects or errors, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Returns for Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at "Contact Us". Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for non-custom items and must follow the same guidelines as returns.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
